MARIA K. KUNZ having died a resident of Nassau County on June 17 , 1970.

WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable con-
sideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the

ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,

BEGINNING at the southwesterly corner thereof on the northerly side
of Sound Avenue a distance of 126 feet easterly measured along the
northerly side of said Sound Avenue from the southwesterly corner of
Lot #11 as shown on a map of Peconic Shores , located at Peconic, L.I. ,
~ property of William B. Codling , Northport, N.Y. , surveyed Septa 1922,
p J.W. Wells , C.E. , Setauket, L.I. and filed in the Office of the Clerk

a general. northerly direction and along the easterly line of premises

in Liber 3594 of deeds at Page 47 on a line parallel with the westerly

Sound; running thence in a general easterly direction along the said

of the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such

the total of the same for any other purpose.
