Southold, County of Suffolk, State of New York, known and designated

July 22nd, 1930 by I) niel R. Young, P.E. and L.S. entitled "Map of
Heydon Shores, Inc . ,'Bayview, L.I. , N.Y. , in the Town of Southold,
Suffolk County, N.Y. " and filed in the office of the Clerk of the
County of Suffolk_, Riverhead, New York, on July Ist, 1931, as Map No.

TOGETHER with the right to use for boating, bathing and fishing, all

with others who now have or may hereafter acquire rights in the same
subject, however, to such reasonable rules and regulations with respect

SUBJECT TO covenants and restrictions and rights of way as contained
in deeds of other lots on said map, now of record.
TOGETHER with any right to the reasonable use and enjoyment of that
portion of the inland harbor formerly owned by the said Reydon Shores =_
Inc. , and to the use of a portion of the northerly line of the bulk-
head and to such other portions of said bulkhead as may be set aside
in common with other plot owners to date and others who may hereafter
acquire title to land from Reydon Shores Inc. , or its successors, _
subject to such reasonable rules and regulations as Reydon Shores Inc.
or its successors may from time to time put into effect, it being
expressly understood that Reydon Shores Inc. , or its successors shall i
not be held liable in any way whatsoever for any accident or accidents
that may occur in connection with the use and enjoyment of said bulk- _
head and harbor from any cause whatsoever. -

of Conveyances, page 257 and deed recorded January Il, 1952 in Liber
3309 of Conveyances page 426 in the office of the Clerk of the County
