paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,

BEGINNING at a point on the curved southerly line of Middle Road,

corner of land of George Braun (said point being the northeasterly
corner of land now or formerly of William B. Smith and the north-
westerly corner of the premises herein described) ; from the said
point of beginning running in a northeasterly directionchlogg said
southerly line of Middle Road on a curve to the left having a
radius of 2325.01 feet, a distance of 109.28 feet ; running thence
along other land now or formerly of Barzac South 08 degrees 57
minutes 30 seconds East, a distance of 238.92 feet to land of
Bucci; running thence along said land of Bucci, South 81 degrees
16 minutes 50 seconds West, a distance of 100.00 feet to said
land now or formerly of William B. Smith; running thence along
said land now or formerly of William B. Smith, North 08 degrees
57 minutes 30 seconds West, a distance of 194.35 feet to the
southerly side of Middle Road at the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party
of the first part by deed dated September 17, 1970, and recorded
in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on September
22, 1970 in Liber 6811 of Deeds at page 145.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
