at Bayview, near Southold, in the Torr, of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York, known and designated as lot number thirty three (33)
on a certain map entitled "Bay Haven at Southold, Town of Southold, Suffolk
County, New York", surveyed December 10, 1958 by Otto W. Van Tuyl & Son,
Licensed Land Surveyors, Greenport, New York, and filed in the Office of
the Clerk of Suffolk County on the 22nd day of January, 1959, as f",ap
No. 2910.
Together with the right, in common with other owners of the lots sh') ti on
said map, to the use of the "Community Beach" as designated on said map.
SUBJECT to the provisions of the declaration recorded by the party of the
first part on February 10, 1959, in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office in
Liber 4585 at Page 346.
The parties of the second part agree for themselves, their heirs, executes,
administrators and ass ;rns, that they will join the Southold Bay Haven Property
Owners' Association, Inc., aid will abide by the rules and regulations of
said association as set forth in the by-laws thereof.
