WITNESSETH, that whereas letters testamentary were issued to the party of the first part by the Surrogate's =
Court, Suffolk County, New York, on November 30 , 1971, and by virtue
of the power and authority given in and by said last will and testament, and/or by Article 11 of the Estates, _
Powers and Trusts Law, and in consideration of TWENTY-SEVEN THOUSAND and 00100 —

distant 150. 75 feet southerly from the intersection of the easterly line

lot 82 as shown on said map the distance of 134.71 feet to the north- —
westerly corner of lot number 91 as shown on said map; running thence

lot number 91, 75 feet to the northeasterly corner of lot no. 84; run-
