This Indenture,made the Yb day of Ook nineteen hundred and seventy—two
Betweeny.,�ABE GOLDRICH and HERMINE GOLDRICH, his wife, both residing
at Bayshore Roads Greenport , New York,
party of the I irst part,and JOSEPH W. MASSAR, JR. and BARBARA S. MASSAR, his
wife$ both residing at 16 Rolling Hill Road, Manhasset, New York,
party of the second part,
Witoangit4, that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other ualuable consideration paid by
the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs or successors
and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
All that certain plot, pieceor parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate,lying and
beinginthe Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York,
bounded and described as follows;
BEGINNING at a point on the Southerly side of Leeton Drive, distant
546.92 feet westerly from the corner formed by the intersection of
the southerly side of Leeton Drive with the westerly side of Kenney' s
Road; running thence South 44° 24' 30" East, 200 feet; running thence
South 450 35' 30" West, 100 feet; running thence North 44n 24 '30"
West, 200 feet to the southerly side of Leeton Drive; and running
thence North 45° 35 ' 30" East, along the southerly side of Leeton
Drive, 100 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.

of West Southold-on-Sound , Plots 1-234 " , Town of Southold, Suffolk
County, New York , owned by Lidico Corporation , made July 1950 by
William L. Miller, Wading River , New York , Professional Engineer—
Land Surveyor, New York License No. 7885 .
