York, designated as Lot 10 on Map of Southwood, rra de by Otto Van Tuyl & Son,
L. S. , and filed in Suffolk County on November 24th, 1953, as Map No. 2141,
TOGETHER with a described parcel of land adjoining said Lot 10 on the South-
west, which lot and described parcel when taken together are bounded and

division line of lots 9 and 10 as shown on said map intersects said westerly
side of Parkway; running thence along the westerly side of Parkway South

The above premises are conveyed subject to the following covenant and
restriction which shall run with the land and bind all future owners:
nNo one shall attempt to change the shore line adjacent to the southerly

TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets
and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; "TOGETHER with the

thing whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party
