Van Tuyl & Son, from surveys completed January 28, 1963, and filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on ' August 19, 1963, as Map No. 3848, being bounded and described as follows: \ to BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of Shepard Drive distant 118, 70 i a feet northerly from the corner formed by the intersection of the easterly side of Shepard Drive and the northerly side of Glenn Road; running thence along the easterly side of Shepard Drive North 26 degrees 06 minutes 30 seconds East 78. 90 feet to the southerly end of the curve connecting the easterly side of Shepard Drive and the southerly side of Shepard Drive; running thence along said curve bearing to the right having a. radius of 50. 00 feet a distance of 70. 60 feet to the southerly side of Shepard Drive; running thence along the southerly side of Shepard Drive South 72 degrees 59 minutes 30 seconds East 125. 00 feet; running thence South 17 degrees 00 minutes 30 seconds West 120. 00 f e e t ; running thence North 72 degrees 59 minutes 30 seconds West 186. 85 feet to the easterly side of Shepard Drive at the point or place of beginning.
