BEGINNING at a point on the southerly line of land conveyed by Mary Lee Wiles
to Frand W. Fanning and Alicia V. Fanning, his wife, and Richard P. Vail and Ruth
H. Vail, his wife by deed dated October 15, 1925 and recorded October 24, 1925 in
Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber 1153 of deeds at page 103, which said point is
200 feet easterly of a monument set in the southeast corner of land now or formerly
of William C. Salmon when measured at Pight angles to the easterly boundary line of
the land now or formerly of William C. Salmon; running thence northerly part-allel
n with the easterly boundary line of said laced now or formerly of William S. Salmon
and 200 feet distant therefrom at all points, a distance of 300 feet more or less to
the high water mark of Richmond Creek;
running thence easterly along said high water mark of Richmond Creek to a
point distant 75 feet easterly from the first course hereof when measured at right
angles thereto;
running thence southerly parallel with the first course and 75 feet distant there-
