Bage and Sandra Bage, his wife, the parties of CD the first part herein, by deed dated June 6, 1968, and recorded in the Suffolk v County Clerk's Office on June 13, 1968, in Liber 6363 of deeds at page 106. �y THIS conveyance is subject to a certain mortgage executed by Edward J.
