TOGETHER with the right to the use, in common with others, of a

Edward Nidds reserves the right to dedicate the aforesaid roads
4 known as "Colonial Road", "Ed' s Road" and "Victoria Drive" tothe

rights of way being subject and subordinate to such right of
dedication, and the party of the second part, by the acceptance
of this deed, consents to such dedication and releases the Town
of Southold from any liability for damages by reason thereof.
TOGETHER with the right to the use, in common with others, of a
strip of land 50 feet in width as an easement to Corey Creek,
said strip of land being bounded on the east by land of Edson
and on the west by land of Toedter and Dickerson.
SUBJECT to the following covenantsand restrictions ;
1) No more than two dwelling houses shall be erected on said
premises ;
2) Any dwelling house erected on said premises shall cost not
less than $8,000. 00;
3) These covenants and restrictions shall expire on January 1,
1975.
