by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being inctihe at Bay View, near Southold, in the Town of Southold, County of
Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a monument on the northerly line of Main Bayview Road 819
feet, more or less, easterly along said line from Jacob's Lane, being the
southeasterly corner of land now or formerly of Mary L. Dayton and the
southwesterly corner of the premises herein described; and running thence
along said land of Dayton, North 27 degrees 23 minutes 40 seconds East a
distance of 300, 0 feet; thence along land now or formerly of Hazel B. Mack,
t?'T two courses as follows: (1) South 62 degrees 36 minutes 20 seconds East a
C"7 distance of 175. 0 feet; thence (2) South 27 degrees 23 minutes 40 seconds West,
a distance of 283. 45 feet to said northerly line of Main Bayview Road; thence
along said northerly line of Main Bayview Road, North 68 degrees 00 minutes
`7 30 seconds West, a distance of 175. 78 feet to the point or place of beginning.
THIS conveyance is subject to the following two mortgages, to wit: A
certain mortgage executed by Charles E. Nadig and Louise Nadig, his wife,
as mortgagors, to Southold Savings Bank, as mortgagee, dated July 1, 1965,
r and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on July 1, 1965, in Liber
4688 of mortgages page 131 and a certain mortgage executed by Charles E.
Nadig and Louise Nadig, his wife, as mortgagors, to Southold Savings Bank,
as mortgagee, dated November 25, 1970, and recorded in the Suffolk County
Clerkts Office on December 1, 1970, in Liber 5935 of mortgages page 379
which said two mortgages were combined and consolidated so as to constitute
one first mortgage and on which mortgages, as consolidated, there is now
due the sum of $ 24, 390. 53 with interest thereon at the rate of 7-1/2%
per annum from December 25, 1971 and that the grantees herein
hereby assume and covenant to pay such mortgage debt and interest as part
of the consideration for this conveyance. is
THE Grantors herein are the same persons as the grantees in deed dated
July 1, 1965, and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on July 1, 1969)
in Liber 5772 of deeds at page 395.
