The Grantee herein, Margaret B. Harris, herebelow affixes her signature
to this instrument evidencing her agreement to assume and pay the
existing first mortgage on the premises described herein, which was
made to the Southold Savings Bank by Richard E. Warrington and
Jeanette E. Warrington, his wife, the grantors herein, dated January
24, 1969 and recorded January 27, 1969 in the Suffolk County Clerk' s
Office in Liber 5544 mp 436, on which the present remaining principal
i balance is $18, 929. 93, with interest paid to June 15, .1972.
ALSO, the Grantee herein, Margaret B. Harris, herebelow affixes her
signature to this instrument evidencing her agreement to assume and
pay the existing second mortgage on the premises described herein,
which was made to Oliver N. Feliowes and Margaret H. Fellowes, his
wife, by Richard E. Warrington and Jeanette E. Warrington, his wife,
the grantors herein, dated January 24, 1969 and recorded January 27 ,
1969 in the Suffolk County Clerk ' s Office in Liber 5544 mp 432, on
which the present remaining principal balance is $2, 202. 34, with
interest paid to June 15, 1972.
