described as follows : the easterly line begins at a concrete monument
on the southerly side of Main Bayview Road at the northwesterly corner
of land formerly of Anderson and now of Greene; running thence along
said land of Greene and other land now` br formerly of Alexander W. `
Koke and Frederick C . Koke, two courses and distances as follows :
