party of the first part, and
ARTHUR GREGORY and EDYTHE M. GREGORY , his wife ,

party of the second part,
WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate,
lyingand being inthe Town of Southhold , County of Suffolk and State of New
York, known and designated as Lot No. 32 on a certain map entitled
"Map of Terry Waters" at Bayview, and filed in the Office of the-
Clerk
heClerk of the County of Suffolk on December 29 , 1958 as Map No . 2907 .
TOGETHER with easement for ingress & egress over & upon Watersedge
iNay ,Longview Lane & Rambler Road for their entire distance as shown &
laid out , 50' wide throughout , on said above mentioned map to nearest
public highway . RESERVING however to Helen G. Cochran (seller 's
Q predecessor in title) the title to the land in said roads and the
right to herself , her grantess & successors in interest , to dedicate
r 7J said roads as public roads & to grant easements therein for the
construction & maintenance of public utilities . TOGETHER with right
to use in common with other lot owners for park, recreational & bath-
/ ing purposes the area designated on the aforementioned filed map as
"Community Park and Beach (residents only)" & the right of the said
Helen G. Cochran and her successors in interest to change the locatioT
of the northerly boundary line of said "Community Park and Beach
(residents only) . "
SUBJECT to rules , regulations and charges which may he adopted from
time to time by the lot owners association which may be organized by
Helen G. Cochran for the purpose of the care , maintenance and rtinair

J TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and

and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
