PARCEL II ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, which is a right of way
50 feet wide , and subject to the use of others, which is situate,
lying and being at Pine Neck, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk
and State of New York, more particularly bounded and described as j

BEGINNING at a point on the northerly line of a 50 foot right of way i
at the northwesterly corner of the section thereof about to be described,o-
said point or place of beginning being located the following three
courses and distances from the corner formed by the intersection of the
easterly side of Oaklawn Avenue with the northerly side of Pine Neck
Road; (1) northerly along the easterly side of Oaklawn Avenue, North 10
degrees 58 minutes 20 seconds East 283 .40 feet to the northerly side of
said 50 foot right of way ; (2) thence along the northerly side of said
50 foot right of way and the southerly side of land now or formerly of
Macina and along the southerly side of land now or formerly of Rassy

ly corner of Parcel I as above described ; running thence through the

point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE part of the same premises conveyed to
Evelyn H. Moffat by Alfred S. Baker and Edwin F. Fickeissen, by deed
dated December 23, 1971 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the
County of Suffolk, on December 30, 1971 at Liber 7077 of Deeds at page
156.
TOGETHER WITH a right of way from the premises over the existing
rights of way to Oaklawn Avenue, Pine Neck Road and to Jockey Creek.
