FOY, also known as SUSAN FOY, his wife, both residing at Seawood Drive (no number), Southold, New York, party of the first part, and MARY C. DOLAN and HELEN W. DOLAN, both residing at 130 East Lincoln Avenue, Valley Stream, New York, as joint tenants and not as n tenants in common.
