surveyors, Greenport, New York, and filed in the Office of the Clerk
of the County of Suffolk on January 22, 1959, as Map No. 2910 .
TOGETHER WITH a right of way over "Bay Haven Lane" , "Wate}rsedge Way" ,
"Gin Lane ", and "Mid Way" as shown on said map, and the right, in
common with other owners of the lots shown on said map to the use of
the "Community Beach" as designated on said map.

Liber 4585 at page 346, and Easement and Reservation in Liber 5381
at page 590, and Lighting Agreement in Liber 4477 at page 348.

RESERVING NEVERTHELESS unto William Wells, his heirs, administrators,
executors and assigns, the fee to the said "Bay Haven Lane", "Waters-
edge Way", "Gin Lane" and "Mid Way" , and to the "Community Beach" and
all franchise rights therein and the right of dedication to the
Southold Bay Haven Property Owners Association, Inc. , or to the proper
governmental agency for the use thereby and maintenance thereof.
' The parties of the second part agree for themselves, their heirs,
' executors, administrators and assigns, that they will join the
Southold Bay Haven Property Owners Association, Inc. , and will abide
by the rules and regulations of said association as set forth in the

by-laws thereof.
' BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to Carl J. Reimer

and Edna C. Reimer, his wife, by Geraldine D. Young, by deed dated
c. July 12, 1969 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County
` if Suffolk on July 18, 1969 at Liber 6587 of Deeds at page 242.
