WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable con-
sideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the
second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party for the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, _
situate, lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of
New York, known and designated as Lot No. 25, as shown on a certain
map entitled, "Map of Harbor Lights Estates, Section One" , Bayview, _
Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, made by Otto W. Van Tuyl !
O & Son, Licensed Land Surveyors , Greenport, New York, and filed in the
Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on June 8 , 1965 as Map
No. 4362,

parking area adjacent thereto; said beach area having a depth of
approximately 50 feet from the average high water mark on Peconic Bay,
and having a length of 900 feet more or less measured along the
ordinary high water mark, and said parking area having a frontage on
the northerly side of Harbor Lights Drive of approximately 150 feet,
41 running westerly along said street from Lot P . and having a depth of
not less than 150 feet northerly of Harbor Lights Drive. The parking
area shall be immediately adjacent and contiguous to the beach area
herein referred to.

appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises;

to of the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such
x consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement

the total of the same for any other purpose.
