party of the first part, and -
DAVID EDWARD DeFRIEST and PAMELA JOYCE DeFRIEST, his wife,
both residing at (no number) Main Road, Southold, New York

party of the second part,
WITNESSETH,that the party of the firstpart,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being iKft at Southold, in the Town of Southold, County of
Suffolk, and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:

BEGINNING, at the corner formed by the intersection of the
f r southwesterly side of Oakwood Road as widened with the northwesterly
C` side of Wesland Road, as widened; running thence along the -
north-westerly side of Wesland Road as widened South 47 degrees 49 min-
utes� 40 seconds West 116.50 feet to land now or formerly of Mel-
hado; thence along said land and land now or formerly of Murray
North 42 degrees 10 minutes 20 seconds West 141.50 feet; thence still
along said land now or formerly of Murray North 47 degrees 49 minutes
40 seconds East 25 feet; thence still along said land now or former-
? 1 ly of Murray and land now or formerly of Lavelle North 27 degrees
�. 12 minutes 10 seconds East 97.77 feet to the southwesterly side of
Oakwood Road; and thence along the southwesterly side of Oakwood
Road South 42 degrees 10 minutes 20 seconds East 175.94 feet to
the corner aforesaid, at the point or place of BEGINNING.
Being the same premises conveyed to Henry White and Helen E.
White, his wife, on September 4, 1947, by Arthur W. Hahn, Jr. ,
Kby deed recorded in Suffolk County in Liber 2747 Page 499. The
said Henry White died a resident of New York on December 7, 1963.
Subject to covenants and restrictions contained in Liber 2747
cp 499 recorded in Suffolk County on September 5, 1947.
The grantor herein is the surviving tenant by the entirety

named in i the deed from said Hahn to Henry and Helen E. White
Tp(�,��AW4ith all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid,
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of
the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so aequires.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the party of the first part has duly executed this deed the day and year first above
