This Indenture, made the day of September

HTG SOUTHOLD SAVINGS BANK, a banking corporation organized and existing
S-37793 under and by virtue of the laws of the State of New York, having
its principal office and place of business at 54375 Main Street,

ALFRED E. DART and ALICE J. DART, his wife, both residing at

PARCEL TWO: ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate
lying and being at Southold, in the Town of Southold, County of
Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows :
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of a 50 foot Private Road
(which point is the southwesterly corner of the premises herein
described and the southeasterly corner of the premises intended to be
conveyed to Patricia Dart Milford) (said point of beginning being the
following two courses and distances from the southerly terminus of
the easterly side of the public highway known as Willow Pond Lane:
(1) South 13 degrees 51 minutes 10 seconds East, a distance of 200. 00
feet; thence (2) South 76 degrees 08 minutes 50 seconds East, a
distance of 365 . 00 feet; and from said point of beginning running
along the easterly side of land intended to be conveyed to Patricia

TOGETHER with a right of way (in common with others) over the afore-
said 50 foot Private Road, the northerly side of which extends from
the southeasterly corner of the premises above described, and runs

erly side of said 50 foot Private Road, which easterly side extends No th

terminus of the easterly side of Willow Pond Lane , said right of way
being for the purpose of ingress and egress to and from said premises
and to and from the said public highway known as Willow Pond Lane ,
