give up and surrender the lands hereinafter described unto the party of the second part,and to hold and retain

BEGINNING at a point on the southwesterly side of West Drive distant
36.07 feet northwesterly as measured along the southwesterly side of
West Drive from the corner formed by the intersection of the south—
westerly side of West Drive and the southeasterly side of Lake Drive,
from said point of beginning; running thence North 39 degrees 55 minutes
West along the southwesterly side of West Drive 49.49 feeti thence
South 44 degrees 13 minutes 10 seconds West 150.79 feet to land of
Pinecrest Dunes, Inc .; thence along said land south 39 degrees 55
minutes east 234.52 feet; thence north 14 degrees 08 minutes east
x 141.17 feet; thence north 41 degrees 35 minutes went 77.36 feet; thence
rr northwesterly, northerly and northeasterly along the arc of the curve

feet to the southwesterly side of West Drive, the point or place of

Together with the hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging, and all the right, title and
interest of the party of the first.part, of, in and to the same, to the intent that the lands hereby released may
;n be discharged from said mortgage, and that the rest of the land in said mortgage specified may remain mort-
gaged to the party of the first part as heretofore.
To have and to hold the lands and premises hereby released and quitclaimed to the party of the
second part, his heirs and assigns, to them and their own proper use,
benefit and behoof forever, free, clear and discharged of and from all lien Rod claim under and by virtue of
the indenture of mortgage aforesaid.
