THIS INDENTURE, made the /7day of June nineteen hundred and seventy-two
BETWEEN MADELYN CROASDALE, residing at 70 Brixton Road, Garden City,
New York,
party of the first part, and EDWARD DEVLIN and ANN D. DEVLIN, both residing
at 249 Country Club Drive, Manhasset, New York, as Tenants in Common,
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH,that We party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable con-
sideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the
C second part, the heirs Or successors and assigns of the patty of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,
situate, lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and state

in Block A on a certain map made July 22, 1930 by Daniel R. Young, P.E.
and L.S. entitled, "Map of Reyden Shores, Inc. , Bayview, L.I. , N.Y. in
the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York" and filed in the office
of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk at Riverhead, New York, on July 1,
LL 1931 as Map Number 631; said lots being more particularly bounded and
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Northerly side of West Shore Drive at the
division line between Lots 25 and 24 as shown• on said map; thence
running North 40 degrees 11 minutes 20 seconds East along said division
line 219.50 feet, more or less, to the high water mark of Peconic Bay;
running thence along the high water mark of Peconic Bay on a- tie line
course and distance of South 51 degrees 18 minutes East a distance of
100.03 feet to the division line between Lot's 21 and: 20 as shown on
said map; thence South 40 degrees 11 minutes 20 seconds'West along said
division line 217.00 feet, more or less, to a point in the North side
of West Shore Drive; thence running North 51 degrees 18 minutes West alon
the North side of West Shore Drive 100.03 feet to the point or place of

Grantor herein is the same person as the grantee in the deed dated
8/24/1968 recorded 8/27/1968 in Liber 6407 cp 279.

TOGETHER with aright, title and interest, if any, of the

and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the
appurtenances and all the estate. and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises;
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein ;ranted unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
