with Arnold F. Glendinning and Bert; A. Collison, said
Erna F. Collision having an undivided one-third interest
in the premises hereinafter described,.,
party of the first part, and
BERT A. COLLISON, residing at 368 Cedar Hill Road,
Wyckoff, New Jersey,
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of'the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,

BEGINNING at an iron pipe set at the northwesterly corner of the

40 seconds E. 108. 27 feet from an iron pipe set in the easterly
line of Bayhome Road, (which pipe in the easterly .line of Bayhome

side of Main Road) ; from said point of BEGINNING running N. 35

BEING AND INTENDED TO BE a portion of the premises devised to
the party of the first part as a temant in common with Grace M.
Fismer and Estner F. Glendinning, under the Last Will and Testament
of Bertha B. Fismer, whose will was filed in' the ,Surrogate's Court,

whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
