WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by th-t party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,

SUBJECT TO COVENANTS AND RESTRICTIONS in accordance with deed from

of August, 1970, and recorded inthe office of the Clerk of the County
of Suffolk on August 11, 1970, in Liber 6788 of conveyances at Page
489 .
