corner of land now or formerly of Ellsworth Grathwohl and runs along

40 seconds West, 200 feet to the northerly line of said 30 foot right

about 680 feet to Pine Neck Road, and also a right of way described
as follows :
BEGINNING at the southwesterly corner of the premises herein
described and;
RUNNING THENCE along the southeasterly line of said premises,
North 54 degrees, 32 minutes, 40 seconds East, 151. 74 feet to the
southeasterly corner of the premises;
THENCE along land now of Pollert, 3 courses, as follows :
(1) South 41 degrees, 12 minutes , 10 seconds West, 65 feet to a
point 15 feet southeasterly from said southeasterly line of the
premises ; (2) thence south 54 degrees, 32 minutes, 40 seconds West,
88.49 feet; (3) thence south 69 degrees, 06 minutes, 20 seconds West,
65 .61 feet to the easterly end of the southerly line of said 30 foot
right of way;
THENCE along the easterly end of said 30 foot right of way,
