TOGETHER with the use in common with others of the beach area and parking area adjacent thereto, as shown on Map of Harbor Lights Estates, Section One, Bayview, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, N.Y. , filed in the office of the Clerk of the T{ County of Suffolk on June 8, 1965 as lap #4362; said beach area having a depth of approximately 50 feet from the average high water mark on Peconic Bay and having a length of 900 feet, more or less, as measured alone the ordinary high water mark and said parrki.n; area having, a frontage on the northerly side of Harbor t Lights Drive of approximately 150 feet running westerly along said street from Lot No. 7 and having a depth of not less than 150 feet northerly of Harbor Lights Drive.
