paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party.of the second part, the heirs-

Parish Drive; said point of beginning being the southwesterly corner
of land of Young; from said point of beginning running along said
land of Young, North 630 17' 30" East, a distance of 136.55 feet to
an iron pipe and land of Deck; thence along said land of Deck, South
420 16' 00" East, a distance of 112.20 feet; thence ,along land of
F. Harold Sayre, South 410 16' 20" West, a distance of 152.59 feet
to the northerly line of said North Road to Bayview; thence along
said northerly line, North 610 12' 50" West, a distance of 82.00 feet;
thence along said easterly line of North Road to Bayview, North 140
25' 20" West, a distance of 100.00 feet to the point or place of

BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the Grantor
herein by deed from Shepard M. Scheinberg, Emil F. DePetris and
Murray B. Schneps dated December 22, 1969, and recorded in the Suffolk
hill County Clerk's Office on December 22, 1969, in Liber 6679 of Deeds,.

M I TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
t= roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
I'll and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of

c i AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
mAND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of
the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
v ` the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
\ The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
