An easement for all purposes over
i ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,

Iand State of New York, said easement being twenty (20) feet wide and
lextending southeasterly from the southeasterly line of the existing
( right of way which runs approximately parallel with the southeasterly
line of the land of the grantor herein, a distance of about trn (10)
in Ifeet and in any event to, and only to the northwesterly line of Henry ' s
lLane as shown on Map of Peconic Homes, Section 2, filed in the Office
Ll �lof the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on November 28, 1967 as Map No.
1; 5001. The southeasterly terminus of the center line of the said right
of way is coincident with the center point of the northwesterly line of
lHenry ' s Lane as shown on said map.
d The said easement is over part of the land granted by Henry J. Smith
I' to Frederick L. Hehn by deed dated the day of September, 1946
r�r1 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk' s Office in Liber 2644, cp
n 1310 on November 4, 1946.

Liber 2289 of deeds at page 147, it being the intention of this in-
strument to convey to the grantees above named a right of way over the
' lands of Frederick L. Hehn and Julia F. Hehn, his wife, from the south-
' easterly line of the existing 20 foot right of way through the property
n rn of Frederick L. Hehn and Julia F. Hehn, his wife, to the northwesterly
mKline of Henry ' s Lane, a public highway of the Town of Southold, said
o n right of way to be an easement appurtenant and to run with the lands of
