eloper's - sign or a "For Sale" or "For Rent" sign of reasonable di- —
ensions. Lot owners shall cut the grass and keep the appearance of =_

No fowl, poultry, animals or livestock shall be kept on any o the

1. That the said covenants are hereby declared to be covenants

The said covenants and restrictions shall expire on January 1, 1985.
