THIS INDENTURE, made the twenty-ninthday of .August, in the
year 1951, between LIDICO CORPORATION, acorporation duly organize
and existing under the laws of the State of New York and.having a -
principal place of business at Number 80 Wall.Street, Borough of
Manhattan, City, County, and State of New York, party of the first
part, hereinafter referred to as "Grantor",. and MALCOLM WHIPPLE
and ELISE C. WHIPPLE, his wife, both residing at Number 19 West
Pennywood Avenue, Roosevelt.,. New York, party. of the second part,
hereinafter referred to as "Grantee,,
WITNESSETH, that Grantor, in consideration of the sum of One
($1.00) Dollar, lawful money of the United States,. and other good
and valuable considerations, paid by Grantee, does hereby grant
and release unto Grantee, his heirs, and assigns forever,
ALL that certain piece or parcel of land situate, lying and
being in. the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, and State of New
York, bounded and described as follows;
BEGINNING at a point in the westerly side of Kenney's Road
marked by a concrete monument, where the southerly side. of Lake
Drive intersects same; thence running along said southerly side of
Lake Drive 1,Ie8.46 feet to the point where the easterly side of
the Premises hereby described intersects same; thence running
South 44 degrees, 24 minutes, 30 seconds East 316 feet, more or
less, to the mean highwater line of Lake Leeton, formerly known as
Great Pond, at the point or place of beginning of the Premises
hereby described;
BEGINNING at said last-mentioned point of beginning, thence
running North 44 degrees, 24 minutes,: 30 seconds West 316 feet,
more or less, to the southerly side of Lake Drive; thence running
along: said southerly side of Lake Drive 100,74 feet; thence
running South 44 degrees, 24 minutes,. 30 seconds East 254 feet,
more or less, to the .mean highwater line of Lake Leeton; thence
i, running eastwardly along said mean highwater line of.Lake Leeton,
as it winds and turns, to the point or place of beginning; here-
inafter referred to as "Premises";
Said Premises, for the .purpose of further identification only,
re known as Plots Numbered 210 and 211 on a certain map entitled,
Man of West Southold-on-Sound, Plots 1-234, Town of Southold,Jv
Suffolk County, New York, owned by Lidico Corporation, made ly,
1950 by William L. Miller, Wading River, New York, Professional
nglneer-Land Surveyor, New York State License No. 7885, and
uaranteed to the Inter-County Title Guaranty and Mortgage Company
n July 20, 1950, and which map is Intended to be filed with the
lerk of the County of Suffolk, at Riverhead,. New York;
