BEGINNING at a concrete monument set on the northerly line of a fifty
(50) foot private road at the southwesterly corner of land of Joseph
Wheeler, being 250.72 feet easterly along said northerly line of said
fifty foot private road from its intersection with the easterly line
of Oaklawn Avenue, and running along said northerly line of said fifty
foot private road S. 740 151 W. fifty (50) feet to a stake; thence
along other land of the party of the first part two courses, as follows -
(1) N. 30 491 W. 119.79 feet to a stake; thence (2) N. 130 311 W. fifty
(50) feet, more or less, to the ordinary high water mark of Jockey Creel ;
thence northeasterly along said ordinary high water mark of Jockey Creel
twenty (20) feet, more or less; thence along other land of the party of
the first part two courses, as follows:- (1) On a line parallel with
course (2) as hereinabove described and twenty (20) feet northeasterly
