a corporation organized under the laws of the State of New York with its
principal office and place of business In the Village end Town of Southold,
County of Suffolk and State of New York,
party of the first part, and
ALPON A. WOLZ and PATRICIA B. WOLL, his wife, as tenants by the entirety, re-
siding at 4196 Gleane Street, Elmhurst, Queens County, New York,

that the party of the first part, in consideration of

does hereby grant and release unto the parties of the second part, their
heirs and assigns forever, all that certain tract, parcel or piece of
lend lying, being and situate at Paradise Point, in Bay View, neer the Village of
Southold, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk end State of New York, and
being more particularly bounded and described as follows:-
BEGINNING at a concrete monument set on the southeasterly line of a 50 foot
private road, hereinafter described, at the northeasterly corner of lend of the
parties of the second pert; and running along said southeasterly line of said 50
foot private road, N. 520 221 5011 E.- 25.13 feet; thence along other land of the
party of the first part on a line which is parallel with and 25.0 feet north-
easterly from the northeasterly boundary of said lend of the parties of the second
pert, measured at right angles thereto, S. 430 381 ton S.-266 feet, more or less,
to the ordinary high water mark of Peconic Bay; thence southwesterly along said
ordinary high water mark of Peconle Bey, 25 feet, more or leas, to said land of the
parties of the second pert; thence along said land of the parties of the second
part, N. 430 381 WNW.- 270 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning.
TOGETHNR with a right of way over said 50 foot private road from the northerly
corner of the premises hereinabove described In a general southwesterly or westerly
direction Over land of the porgy of the first pert to the northerly end of the Town
Highway known as Paradise Point Road.
TOGETHER with a right of way in and over all roads, as they may be constructed or
are presently constructed, including the right of way hereinbefore mentioned, on the
entire tract owned by the party of the first part, a portion of which comprises the
premises hereinebove described, which tract is known ss Paradise Point in said
Southold, reserving to the party of the first pert, Its successors and assigns, the
right to change, altar, emend or withdraw any roador right Of way either now laid
out, including the right of way hereinbefore mentioned, or to be laid out, so long
