BRGINNING at a concrete monument set on the southeasterly line of Will Creek
Drive Nest at the Northwesterly corner of the premises herein described and st the
northeasterly corner of the premises heretofore conveyed by Henry J. Smith, party

parties of the second part herein, by deed dated September 30, 1949, and recorded
In the Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber 3008 of deeds at page 391 on October
22, 1949; traded running In a general easterly and northeasterly direction along
the said southeasterly line of Mill Creek Drive Viet, two (2) .courses a. follows:
(1) N. 43o 57' 5011 R. a distance of twenty-five (25) feecto a point and thence (2)
N. 90 491 E. a distance of tr.enty-five (25) fast to a point; thence running in a
general southeasterly direction and along other lands of the party of the first
part, S. 56o BB' B. a distance of two hundred sixty-two (262) feet, more or less,
to she ordinary high water mark of Mill Creek (sometimes known as Arshemomoque Pond)',
thence in a general southerly or southwesterly direction along sold ordinary high
water mark of Mill Creek (sometimes known as erchamomoque Pond) seventy-five (75)
feet, more or less, to the eagerly line of said lands heretofore conveyed by the
party of the first part to the parties of the second part; thence running in a
general northwesterly direction along the Bald other lands of the parties of the
second part, N. 530 001 N. a distance of two hundred ninety (290) feet, more or
less, to the point or place of beginning.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the party of the first part,
if any, of, in and to the public highway lying in front of and adjacent to said
premises and to the center line thereof.
TOGBINER with all the right, title and interest, If any, of the party of the
first pert of, in and to the lands under the raters of and the riparian rights to
Mill Creek (sometimes known as Arshwmomoque Pond) lying In front of and adjacent

BEING AND INTENDED to be a portion of the premises heretofore conveyed to the
