BUGIaNING at a point at the southwesterly corner of the premises herein described
on the northerly side of Sound View Avenue at the southeasterly corner of the premises
heretofore conveyed by George M. Tisdele to William J. Keener and wife, by deed dated
September 22, 19501 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber 3130
of Deeds at page 464 on September 251 19501 and which point is distant 117.88 feet
easterly from the southeasterly corner of lands now or formerly of Henry Lytle measure
along the said northerly side of Sound View Avenue; running thence in a general north-
erly or northwesterly direetion along the easterly line of seid land of William J.
Keener and being the westerly line of a certain 30 foot right of way as recited and
described in deed Liber 3130 ep 464 above mentioned, N. 450 40' 501' W. a distance of
1550 feet, more or less, to toe ordinary high water line of Long Island Sound; running
thence In a general easterly direction along the ordinary high water line of Lung
Island Sotmd the following courses and distances: (1) N. 530 2B' 20" H., 128.28 feet;
(2) N. 520 19' 10" R., 47.44 feet to the westerly line of lands heretofore conveyed b
George M. Tisdale to Alfred F. Weltdnn by dead dated November 2, 1946, and recorded in
the Suffolk County Clerk's Office In Liber 2663 of deeds at page 283, on December 30,
1946; running thence In a general southerly or southwesterly direction along the was
line of said lands of Alfred F. Welnmenn, S. 450 35' 101' R., a distance of 1865.22 1
feet, more or less, to the northerly side of Sound View Avenue; running thence in a
general westerly direction along the northerly side of Sound View Avenue S. 816 291
W., a distance of 218.37 feet, to the point or place of beginning.
