and meadows in the Town of Southold, in the County of Suffolk, and -
State of New York, being and intended to be all thu rights or shares
of which the said Martha A. `Nelle died seized and possessed on
April 23, 1945, including the shares conveyed by piilliam Wells
to Benjamin Wells by deed dated December 17, 1839, and recorded
in Suffolk County Record of Deeds, Liber U at page 389, on June
13, 1840, and by David A. Horton to Benjamin Wells, Jr., by deed
da ted September 5, 1842.
