improvements thereon, situate, lying and being at Cedar Beach Park,
Town of Southold, Suffolk County, State of New York, known and deaig-
noted as Plot #1 on a certain man entitled "Subdivision Man Cedar
Beach Park, situate at Bayview, Town of Southold, New York,” surveyed
and certified by Otto W, Van Tuyl, Engineer and Surveyor, and filed
in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk as Map No. 90 on
the 20th day of December, 1927, and more fully described as follows;
BEGINNING at the corner formed by the intersection of the west-
erly side of Cedar Beach Road, by the northerly side of °outh Bayview

q Road; running thence westerly along the said northerly side of South
Bayview Road, one hundred fifty (150) feet; running thence northerly
at right angles to the last mentioned road one hundred (100) feet;
running thence easterly in a straight line one hundred forty-seven
(147) feet to a mint on the westerly side of Cedar Beach Road, dis-
tant one hundred (100) feet north of the point or place of beginning;
and thence running southerly along the said westerly side of Cedar
Beach Road one hundred (100) feet to the point or Dlace of BEGINNING.
