THIS INDENTURE, made this the 22nd day of June, in the year 1951, It
and between Carrie A. Bailey, widow, formerly a resident of the State of New a
York and now a resident of Hilton Village, Virginia, party of the first part,
and Courtland S. Aorth and Dorothy 4t. Worth, husband and wife, of Pt. Washing-
ton, Lon, Island; liew York, parties of the second part.

the parties of the first part, doth hereby grant, bargain, sell and release
unto.the parties of the second part, Courtland S. `north and Dorothy M. 'Torth, 'd
husband and 'wife, and their heirs and assigns forever, the following described'
property, to-wit:
All those certain lots, pieces or parcels of land, situate,
lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk,
State of 2iew York, known and designated as Lots numbered

(31), and Thirty-two (32), as shown on that certain Map of
part of Feconic Shores, entitled, "Yap of Bailey Park," survey
made by ll. ::. Young, Riverhead, Now, York, completed September
