feet easterly of a monument set in the south east corner of lend now
or formerly of William C. Salmon when measured at right angles to
the easterly boundary line of the lend now or formerly of William C.
Salmon; running thence northerly parallel with the easterly boundary
line of said lead now or formerly of William C. Salmon and 275 feet
dlateat therefrom at all pointe, a distance of 300 feel more or lees
to the high water mark of Richmond Creek; running thence easterly
along said high water mark of Richmond Creek to a point distant 75
feet easterly from the first course hereof when measured at right
angles thereto; running thence southerly parallel with the first
course and 75 feet distant therefrom at all points, a distance of
300 feet more or lees to the northerly aide of land now or formerly
of Mary Lee Wiles; running thence westerly along the northerly side
