Dickinson,. Peconic, L.I., N.Y.", which Map was duly filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on or about June 6, 1929 as No. 860 of Maps. Said parcel being bounded as follows: On the West by Mill Road, 85 feet; on the South by the southerly line of Lot No. 11 as shown on said Map; on the East by Goldsmith's Inlet, and on the North by other property of the parties of the first part. TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the parties of the first part of in and to the land in Mill Road adjoining the said premises on the west to the middle thereof, and land below the high water mark in Goldsmith's Inlet adjoining said premises on the east. BEING AND INTENDED TO BE a portion of the premises corm eyed to the parties of the first part by Ursula W. Codling by deed dated the 10th day of October, 1949, and recorded in tie Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County on October 31, 1949 in Liber 3011 of deeds at page 498.
