' being at Bayview, near Southold, in the gown of Southold, County of
Suffolk and State of New York, which by reference to a survey thereof made
September 13, 1949 by Otto W. Van Tuyl, Licensed Surveyor, Greenport, N.Y.
the first of which is bounded and described as foiiows:-BEGINNING at the
northwesterly corner thereof at apoint in the southerly line of Malin
Bayview Road distant 12 feet easterly as measured along the southerly side
of said road from the northeasterly corner of land of Sophie Anderson;
running thence along the southerly side of said road South 64e 071 E.,
237 feet to the westerly boundary of the parcel next hereinafter described
running thehce in a general southerly direction along the westerly bounder,
of said parcel and following the center line of a meadow ditch leading
into Corey's Creek 600 feet, more or less, to the northwesterly margin of
said Corey's Creek; running thence in a general southwesterly direction
along the northwesterly margin of said Corey's Creek as the sane winds and
turns 640 feet, more or less, to the easterly side of ascertain right of
way 12 feet wide which leads southerly from iWain Bayview Road to Corey's
Creek along the easterly boundary and the continuation southerly thereof
of the aforesaid premises of Sophie Anderson, and referred to in the
conveyance made by Alexander W. Koke as substitued Trustee under the L.N.
&T. of Sarah A. Harms to Sophie Anderson dated June 3, 1949 and recorded
in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on June 3, 1949 in Liber 2955 of Deed
at page 598; running thehce North 25e 53' E., along the easterly side of
said right of way 1000 feet, more or less, to the point or place of
beginning.
ALSO ALL that certain piece or parcel of land situate at Bayview
aforesaid adjoining the above described premises on the east and bounded
and described as follows:- On the North by the Main Bayview Road 540 feet,
more or less; on the East by the westerly side of an old road which leads
southerly from said Main Bayview Road to the meadow land of Howard M.
Terry and others and which old road separates the premises herein describe
from other land of Howard A. Toedter, Inc, about 400 feet; thence wester-
ly along said Terry Meadow about 60 feet to a monument at the line between
said meadow of Terry Estate and the southerly side of an Island; thence
along the southerly side of said Island westerly, then southwesterly and
then northwesterly about 340 feet'to a monument; thence westerly about/

County Clbrk's Office on July 16, 1949 in Liber 2971 of deeds at page 7,

Corey's Creek and the distance as described herein being the result of
an estimated distance being taken in the first instance without a survey
and a survey distance being used in the description herein.
