in the Village and Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York,
bounded and described as follows:
PARCEL I
ommenc ng at a point on the northerly side of Main Street,
marked by an iron bar set in the ground at the southwesterly
corner of premises heretofore conveyed to Oalentine F.
Fitall, Ida F. Fitall, his wife, and Ida F. Fitall individually
running thence westerly along the northerly side of Main
Street, following the line of the fence as it now stands,
42 feet; thence westerly still along the northerly side
of Main Street, and along the fence line 81.9 feet to land
of J. Leo Thompson; thence northerly along the easterly side
of said Thompson land 112 feet to land of Anton Jernick;thence
easterly along Jernick land 112.6 feet to an iron bar set in
the ground; thence southerly 112.2 feet to the 1,ecinning.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and Interest of the party
of the first part of, in and to the b17.hway adjacent to said
premises.
PARCEL II
ALL that unimproved tract or parcel of land situate in the
Village and Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of
New York, bounded and described as follows: Commencing at an
Iron pipe where the Westerly line of land of Anton Jernick inter-
ete the Northerly line of Main Street and running thence North-
eley along the Westerly aide of said Jernickie land a distance of
One hundred five and eight tenths (105.8) feet to an iron bar set
in the ground; thence Westerly along other land of said Jernick
a distance of Seventy-two (72) feet to an iron bar set in the
ground, thence Southerly a distance of One hundred twelve and two
tenths (112.2) feet to an iron bar in tine fence line on the North-
erly side of blain Street; thence Easterly along the Northerly
side of Main Street a distance of Eighty-seven (87) feet to the
point or place of beginning.
