THIS INDA URE made the /O _ day of July, Nineteen Hundred and fifty-one,
between:JOHN CHARMERS and JULIA CHARNE WS, his wife, both residing at Southold, in the
TOM of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, hereinafter designated as the
parties of the first part, and the BOARD OP EDUCATION UP SOUTHOLD UNION PREF SCHOOL
DISTRICT N0. 6, of the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, hereinafter designated

feet to a concrete monument at the southeasterly corner of land of Inez Vail; thence along

Reserving to said John Charnews and to his heirs and devisees the right-of-way ten feet In
width across said premises between the home place of said John Charnews located on Main
Street and his other land located South of the premises to be conveyed which right-of-wy
is to exist so long as title to the premises which the right-of-way connects is In the same
Individual or corporation. Such right-of-way to be located War the said premises wherever
the purchaser may direet, and
WHEREAS. In addition to the above described premises, the party of the second part is
the owner and holder of adjacent premises as set forth In a certain deed from Henry
Prince as Substituted Trustee, at. al., to the party of the second part, dated My 4, 1901,
and recorded In the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on June 26, 1901, in Liber 508 of deeds
at page 31, and as set forth In a certain deed from N. Hubbard Cleveland and others to the
party of the second part dated March 6, 1920, and recorded In the Suffolk County Clerk's
Office an April 13, 1920, In Liber 997 of deeds at page 195, and
WHEREAS, the parties of the first part have agreed to release and convey to the party
of the second pert, Its successors and assigns, the sold right-of-way heretofore reserved end
all other easements, rights of way, Interruptions, claims end demands whatsoever of the
parties of the first part, their heirs and assigns, .
