THIS INDENTUNS fade the day of July, Nineteen Hundred and forty-nine,
BETWEEN PARADISE POINT, INCORPORATED, a domestic corporation with its principal office and
plate of business In the Village and Tom of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New
York, hereinafter designated as the party of the first part, and
GARRET SINNING,
- residing at 196 Watchung Drive, Hawthorne, New Jersey, hereinafter designated as the party
of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of -------------------

between the lands of the party of the first part and the lands of John L. Plock and wife;
thence ronting in a general easterly direction from said point of beginning along said ordi-

point, which last Mentioned point is N. 650 021 10" W., 283.94 feet from the U.S. Coast A
Goodie Survey foment go. E; thence running in a general southerly direction along other
lands of the party of the first part, S. 4o 151 2011 W.,a distance of 233.0 feet to a certain
fifty (50) foot wide private road; thence along said private road two courses se followa:-
1. S. 6411 001 W., a dlstanca of 57.88 feet; thence
2. N. 740 251 W., a distance of f.0.98 feet;
thence in a general northerly direction along other lands of the party of the first part on a
line parallel to, and 100 feet westerly, measured at right angles from the easterly line of
the premises herein described, N. 40 151 BOB E., a dlstsnce of 235.0 feat to the point or
place of beginning.
TOGETHER with a right of way for ingress and egress from and to said premises, to and
from the public highway, known as Paradise Point Road, for travel by foot and by vehicles,
