situate at Indian Neck, near the Village of Peconic, in the Town of '
Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and
described as follows:- EEGINNING at a concrete monument at on the
northerly line of Indian Neck Road at the southeasterly corner of land 11
conveyed by Irving R. '.'.iles and another to Harvey G. Redden and wife
by deed dated June 26, 1945; thence along the last described land,
North three (3)degrees, forty-eight (48) minutes, thirty (30) seconds
East two hundred sixty-seven (267) feet to a concrete monument set
on the southerly line of a certain twenty (20) foot right of way on
land of the said Wiles and another; thence along said southerly line
of said right of way, South eighty (80) degrees, forty-five (45)
minutes, thirty (30) seconds East eighty-nine and eight-tenths(89,8)
feet tolandconveyed by said Irving R. Niles and another to Dan Kluge
by deed dated June 15, 1945; thence along the last described land
South three (3) degrees, forty-eight (48) minutes, thirty (30) seconds ,
West two hundred twenty-five (225) feet to said northerly line of
Indian Neck Road; thence westerly along said northerly line of Indian

Neck Road ninety-four and nine tenths (94,9) feet to the point of be-
