E., Surveyor, 1912" filed in Suffolk County Clerk's Office on 27 May, 1913 as MapNo. 551, which said Lot "E" is more particularly bounded and described as follows: COMMLNCING at a monument set at the northwesterly corner of said Lot E", said corner being formed by the intersection of the easterly line of a Private Road 33 feet wide running southerly from Indian Neck Road to Peconic Bay with the southerly line of a Right of Way one rod wide running easterly from said Private Road along the northerly boundary Of Lots E" and D" on said map; from said point of beginning running thence easterly along the southerly line of said last mentioned Right of Way North 54 degrees 07 minutes East 64.03 feet to a monument at the northwesterly corner of said Lot "D"; thencerunningalong the westerly boundary of said Lot "D" South 11 degrees 12 minutes 44 seconds East 90.04 feet to a monument; thence continuing along the westerly boundary of said Lot D South 40 degrees 28 minutes 44 seconds East 310.65 feet to a point in the ordinary highwater mark of Peconic Bay; thence running along the line of ordinary highwater mark of Peconic Bay South 31 degrees 37 minutes 50 seconds West 79.77 feet to the easterly line of said Private Road, 33 feet wide; thence running along the easterly line of said Private Road North 39 degrees 28 minutes 12 seconds West 332.70 feet to a monument set at an angle in said road; thence con- tinuing along the easterly line of said Private Road North 10 degrees 23 minutes West 100 feet to the monument at the point or place of beginning. _ _
