BEGINNING at a point on the northwesterly side of Main Road (New
York State Highway 25) at the intersection of the northeasterly line
of land of Robert Lang, and the southwesterly side of land about
to be conveyed,running thence North �30 40, 30” West along land of
Robert Lang 100 feet,thence North 57 10, 50" East 127.04 f'eet;thenc
South 310 53, 40" East 100 feet to the northwesterly side of Main
Road, thence South 570 101 50" West along the northwesterly side of
Main Road 123.93 feet to point or place of beginning.
TOGETHER with all the right,title and interest,if any,of the
party or part of, in and to the Main Road (N.Y.State
Highway Route #25) lying adjacent to the said premises and on the
southeasterly side thereof'.
HE?NG and intended to be a portion of the premises hereto-
fore conveyed to the parties of the first part by deed of Sohn H.
Lehr and Mary Louise Lehr, his wife, dated December 17,1910 and
recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber 753 of deeds
at page 260 on January 4, 1911.
It is understood and agreed that the line fence along the
northwesterly and northeasterly sides of the above described
premises shall remain the property of the parties of the first part
subject to removal at any time by the parties of the first part,
their heirs
