the point and place of beginning.

certain map entitled MAP OF LAUGHING WATBR, SOTYTHOLD, LONG ISLAND,
NEW YORK, made from actual survey$ completed June 30, 1938 and plot-
ted by Daniel R. Young, P.E. and L.S. and filed in the office of the
Clark of the County of Suffolk on the 24th day of July, 1941, as map
