RICH, residing at Southold, Suffolk County, New York ,Part Y of the seumd part: WITNESSETH,that part of the first part,in consideration of -------------- ------- One Dollar ($1)--------- 44 , lawful money of the United States, him to him pawl by the part y of the second pare mise do esherehy r ,release,and quitclaim unto the par[y o the second part, his heirs, executors and assigns forever, ALL that tract and parcel of land situate in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows; BEGINNING at the northwesterly corner of said - property at a point on the westerly side of Hobart Road constituting the northeasterly corner of property formerly of John Korn and running thence south 290 east along the westerly side of Hobart Road 176 ft.; thence southerly a long a line parallel with the opposite boundary on the northwesterly side of said property to Town Creek; thence following the line of said Town Creek in a northwesterly direction 176 ft.more orless \ formerly of John Korn; thence along said land formerly of to tile lazx� John Korn on a course north 560 east 321.5 ft. to the place of beginning. This conveyance is intended to and does hereby convey all the right, title and interest of the party of the first part in and to the land occupied and contained by and within Hobart Road up to the middle line thereof in front of said premises. ALSO all right, title and interest of the party of the first part in that tract of land under water situated at Town Creek, Southold, New York, beginning at a point on the line of high water mark and at the northwesterly corner of the land under water hereby conveyed, which is also the southwesterly corner of the adJacent upland belonging to the party of the first part Just above described and running thence south 560 west 103 ft.; thence south 450 east 146 ft.; thence south 320 east 30 ft.; thence north 560 east 101 ft., thence north 320 west 30 ft.; .thence north 450 west 146 ft.; the last two courses aforesaid being along the line of ordinary high water mark to the point of beginning. Being the northwesterly portion of that tract and parcel of land conveyed to the party of the first part by deed dated January 21, 1915, by Albert E. Salmon and Samuel Dickerson and J. Victor Wilson as Executors of and Trustees under the Last Will and Testament of Frederick W. Carpenter, deceased, and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's office in Liber 895 of Deeds Page 81 on Feb. 11 1915.
