and described as follows viz:
Beginning at a point on the Easterly side of the highway leading
from the North Road so celled to the Inlet Mill and thence bounded
Northerly by the land of Jesse G. Case, three hundred and.forty-eight
feet, thence bounded easterly by the land of Jesse G. Case, sixty-two
feet and seven inches, thence bounded Southerly by the land of the
Silas F. Overton three hundred and forty-eight feet to the highway
aforesaid, thence bounded Westerly by the said highway sixty-two feet
and seven inehes to the place or point of beginning. Containing by
estimation one half of an acre be the same more or less.
